Every The Hoord kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a kit is not what you needed, you get your money back. That is the whole policy; the details below just explain how.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
• Include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
• You do not need to give a reason, although we are grateful when you do: it helps us make better kits.

What happens next

We confirm your refund within two business days and return the full amount you paid to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Add-ons and extra guarantees

Add-ons bought at checkout or after payment are covered by the same 30-day guarantee, each on its own. Some kits carry an additional guarantee of their own; when they do, its terms are on that kit's page and apply on top of this one.

Please write to us before your bank

If you do not recognise a charge (it may appear as GROOWLY) or something went wrong with your order, write to us first. We answer quickly and a refund through us is faster and simpler for you than a dispute through your bank.
